Our Sunday School at Washington Baptist Church is dedicated to leading people to know Jesus Christ as Lord and developing them as Great Commission Christians. We use two different Bible studies: 'Explore the Bible' and 'Family Bible Study.' Our Adult Sunday School classes are designed to challenge our people through Bible study, fellowship, meeting the needs of the members and reaching the lost. Different class options are available for singles, couples and senior adults.There is a place for every member of the family. We hope you will join us and have a life changing experience.
Through the Sunday School classes we also:

Adult I classes include a college and career class, three classes for couples and men and women classes.

Adult II classes is our senior adults, which include classes for both men and women.

Washington Baptist Church offers a dynamic youth ministry providing spiritual Bible Studies, inspiring messages from God’s Word, and exciting activities. Youth Sunday School begins at 9:45am and offers both middle and high school youth classes.
I'm A Christian Now Class
Teacher: Melanie Hughes
This is a four week class for children grades 1 - 6 who are new Christians.?This important class focuses on what is means to be a Christian, what Christ expects of us as Christians and how to tell others about Christ. The next class is tentatively scheduled to begin Sunday, February 3rd, 10th, 17th, & 24th.
Mission Sunday School
Director: Bernice Snyder
Every Thursday morning at Bayberry Retirement Center, Mrs. Snyder teaches a Sunday School lesson to the residents. She also encourages them to remember that even though they cannot attend church, that they are still a very important part of our church and community.
